Steve started playing piano at age 8 and continues to teach, compose & perform. For 20 years Steve has taught 30-50 piano students each week taking pride in their successes and building personal relationships. "I treat each student as an individual and use the appropriate teaching methods to help them become a successful musician".
Steve is a full - time College Instructor in Marketing & has a B.S. Music, M.A. Humanities and MBA. Steve is the owner of Woodland Creek Music, a NFMC / MTNA auditions Judge and participates in many music & civic organizations.

Our History
Woodland Creek Music was
founded by Steve Burleson in 2000 to promote his music compositions / recordings
and to provide quality student - centered piano lessons in Waukesha County Wi.
Steve's teaching style makes the student feel relaxed, comfortable and confident. Steve's piano performance style is best described as "New Age Folk Piano".
